how are the resolutions going??

Greetings all,
So we're almost a week into the new year, did you make resolutions or just vow to live better??
We are swimming & spending our days outdoors . . .
 eating healthy & making rainbows . . .
 spending time doing craft & the things i love . . .
exercising with lots of Yoga . . .
& walking the puppy twice a day, he's exhausted (& embarrassed) . . . the sunglasses were only the start, after the first laps of the oval, he sits down in the shade & i normally have a child or 4 on bikes, so poor puppy has had a bike helmet strapped to his head, daisy chain necklaces & flowers in his fur.  He's so patient!!
Most of all, spending devoted time with the children, playing dress ups & being silly.
Not including the rainbow cookie, i've been watching what i eat & am serious about getting in shape.  Summer sunlight & a swimsuit will do that to you!!  Eat less, move more, sounds so easy & why not start off the year the way i intend to continue it, best of . . . undistracted.
How about you??  I feel like a better me already.  Love Posie

I started an all natural juice diet....we shall see! My Kiddo's went back to school Tuesday so it was quiet the first day I loved it now I'm glad to see them come back through the door after school....Their whole vacation was so cold below zero so they were cooped up inside almost the whole time poor babies , no sledding or ice skating...bummer today we hit 5 degrees and you can feel how much warmer it is.....crazy huh!
You have fun like no one I know!

I hurt my knee so the runnings on hold for a few days but I am getting into the sewing bigtime which is great. Miss B is helping me make a summer robe for her. It's good fun. Just loving the holidays.

Great fun, love the sunnies on your dog, he must just sit back and laugh some days at the antics in your house!;)

Happy new year! I'm a bit late on the resolutions bandwagon this year. Think I might wait till bub arrives before thinking about that. Although I really should stop eating chocolate EVERY DAY!! It's getting ridiculous really ;) x

Eat less, move more... definitely something to strive for. I'm not doing so well so far though, perhaps next week!

Sounds like you are having a lovely Summer so far. Enjoy :-)

No resolutions here - who can be bothered?!

First week has been spent banning everyone from the computer (mum too), swimming, napping, eating, napping (me again, lol), neighbourhood kids invading my lounge room and torturing our dog with long walks.

Not looking forward to a schedule when school starts again!

It sounds like a great start to the year Jennie getting outdoors is good for you, physically and mentally too I've found we've been outdoors lots this week too. I wish I was a good at yoga poses as your little boy is maybe if I stick to my yoga goal I might be at the end of the year:) xx

I'm with you. A new year, healthy eating- plus Santa left me the new Zumba DVDs under the tree so I am fired up with some new programs. Plus I ate enough crap over Christmas that I am quite happy to eat well for a while...apart from some wine and gelati, of course.
