our creative space . . . 'glamping'

Greetings all,
It's just not a real school holidays without a sleepover - my children swap rooms, have friends over & build cubby houses all the time, but i thought we'd upscale & go a little more ladylike, dainty & mummy take over styled. . .
one bedroom was transformed into glamping . . .
glamorous camping calls for lots of cushions . . .
 bunting flags & lanterns . . .
 special teddies were invited . . .
any excuse to plug in the flamingo lights!!
These gnome & toadstool lanterns are permanently strung here . . .
tiny pegs are holding the temporary ones in place . . .
layers of tulle netting form a canopy . . .
the girls absolutely loved it & slept like babies.
Joining in with Our Creative Spaces, love Posie

If I'm ever lucky enough to have a sleep over at your house, I'm requesting [nay demanding] this be my sleeping quarters!

love the flamingo lights so cute I think I will have to keep this idea in the back of the memory bank for when little princess is old enough for sleep over glamping style. xx

How fabulous, Miss Posie! I will have to incorporate a bit of glamping in my neck of the woods. You are a wealth of ideas.

Magic; reminds me of
the movie The Holiday,
where the Jude Law character's
daughters had a lovely
set up like this in their
room! You have a beautiful
