Wow Posie, what a wonderful giveaway. Sam who is now 14 just loved all his Lego, I will never part with all the Lego he has. I will keep it for my Grandchildren. I bought Lego for my girlfriends son who just turned 9, he like Sam spends hours playing with it. Mimi xx P.S. I will put it up on my blog.
On behalf of my son who turns 8 next week... LEGO means Everything to him at the moment! It means hours and hours of creating, and recreating. It means using his imagination and sharing with his sisters (grin!). He is a LEGO addict.
My eldest son was a Lego fanatic when he was little! What a great giveaway! Thank you!
Looks like an amazing set! I love it how it suits people of all ages, and never grows old. My husband would love this stuff - we dont have children yet, but he is already collecting boxes of lego "for them"... Hehe.
Oh wow! What an awesome giveaway!
I have a love hate relationship with Lego! I LOVE seeing what my kids can create! I HATE standing on stray lego pieces! OUCH.
My kids and hubby fight over lego in my house.
Have facebooked your giveaway.
Lego is one of the most wonderful toys for children, my son who is 19 now would spend hours pouring over the instructions and building the kits its a very happy memory for me. I have just recently passed a lot of lego onto my nephew and of course will be encouraging my new grandson.
Karenx
My boys 24 and 29 still play with lego. 3 year old granddaughter loves that grandma still has uncle Josh's duplo train track. Lego in my house is the ONLY toy that gets everyone wanting to take part in building it.
It would be a great way to start the next generation on their lego journey.
What an amazing giveaway! I think Lego is probably the best toy for children of all ages. My sister and I played with ours for years, even hosting ur own Legoland displays where we expected people to pay us for a look! Our Lego is now being used by my little neice Nicola - she's the one I'd pass the prize onto if I was lucky enough to win. Fingers and toes crossed!!

Thanks for a wonderful giveaway. I came to Lego only when my children were little!!! they loved it.
I follow you on GFC.
My son's would absolutely love this prize! And what does lego mean to me?.... hours of uninterrupted mummy time as they build, create and play!!!
Wow!! What a giveaway!
I'm entering on behalf of my DH and my 3.5 year old. They have just pulled out DH's little box of old lego and have been having such fun.
I LOVE lego. It never gets boring, it doesn't date. It just goes on and on!
Posie, this is a great giveaway. Lego in this house means unlimited hours of creativity. The boys love their Lego. xx
I have tweeted your giveaway too.
@mahlimoo
I have just found your wondeful blog through my friend Amy's FB post. Im looking forward to following.
Lego to me is all about creativity and imagination. I love how it lets kids create and whatever they make is wonderful.
I'm looking forward to getting some great sets for my kids.
I've also shared the link on FB.
Count me in Posie!
Lego means one thing to me DENMARK! DENMARK! DENMARK!
Like Ikea means SWEDEN! SWEDEN! SWEDEN!
Lego means hours upon hours of fun and entertainment. I recall sitting and playing with my brothers and making all sorts of things. I was sad when I found out that Mum had got rid of the entire collection during a clean up - Years later I realise that it went to a good cause (the local hospital for the children's ward) But considering that Amelia is ready for the next stage in the Lego empire and I have to outlay the cost I am yet to buy her any. I know - Bad mother:) Fingers crossed I win a pack - that would just make my day - oh and hers and give my children the enjoyment that I recieved from LEGO.
Yay for you! Yay for us! Hopefully Yay for me!
Lego = imagination. And that fab tv show that the Top Gear guy did where he made an entire house out of lego. That was brilliant. x
My kids are lego kids. They play with our childhood sets when they visit their grandparents and ours at home. My 7 year old loves it. He carries little plastic snap lock bags of lego with him to footy and netball just in case he has time. Weekends involve intricate games spread over the family room rug. Lego means create, make, play and be anything you want.
Lego means playing on the floor, hunting for that really important piece and sometimes a sore foot when you step on a brick in the night.
Loved by both the 7yr old and the 38yr old in this house :o)
Abbe
Lego is the BEST toy ever invented! I had a girlie version when I was little but also played with my brothers Star Wars Lego when ever I got a chance.... I was Princess Leia naturally! Both my children LOVE it too! My daughter is Harry Potter mad and is collecting that and my son is crazy for the Police and has the whole set! I did some research when I was studying for my degree and there is evidence it is a very educational to too! It just doesn't get better than that! Educational and FUN! X
I don't think it matters how old you are.....lego always brings out the kid in everyone!
Lego was fighting with my brother over the most exciting bits like lights and hinges... but also building things together and spending hours on the floor. I can't wait until my youngest stops putting things in his mouth so we can get into Lego, I'm sure my husband would be into these before then though ;)
Lego means a few moments of peach and quiet as the kids play happily together. Naturally my kids will be playing with this lego if I win, but I'll probably join in, because they NEED my help :)
Your gift to the world. Oh My. Oh wow. A boy who reads and FOLLOWS directions? You are a wonder Miss Posie! ;)
And what a cache of lego! What hours of endless imaginings, fun and design! :) I'm actually not sure who would play with it most in our house... my husband has always claimed that we had kids so we could play with their toys! lol We still have some of his from when he was a kid. (My mother gave mine to my nieces - who several moves later have no idea where it is. Sad.) I'd love to let my inner child play at the next stage! (We have duplo here).
My 3 yr old son has just started to play with my parents Lego collection (under strict supervision that he doesn't leave it around for the 1yr old to get) This collection once belonged to my now 40 yr old brother and is pulled out anytime the grandchildren visit. My son can't wait until he is allowed to start his own Lego collection and this would be a great start.
Goodness, this is the best giveaway I have EVER seen!!!
I have four boys, and the older three just adore Lego. They play with it every single day of the week. Lego means absolutely everything to them.
My oldest (age 11) has even started making stop-start animations using their Lego sets!
lego reminds me of happy times playing with my brother as a youngster and now, being less young, of happy times playing with my children (and happy times with them playing with each other!)
Gorgeous fabulous giveaway Posie! What lego means to me? A watchful eye on the littlest man so he doesn't eat those stray pieces that fall off the table as Master 5 plays and creates the most amazing trucks, cars, boats and imaginary machines - it truly amazes me how creative little people can be! And a careful foot in the night as i creep into his bedroom to tuck him in for the night as those little bricks really hurt when you stand on them in bare feet! Thankyou for such a generous giveaway - will also blog about it tomorrow x
What a fantastic gift!.I have saved all my sons'Lego and now we have a brandnew grandson who will visit us next week for the first time. What a great present for him. Sharyn
I grew up playing lego with my brother - it was the one toy we could both play with, without fighting, for hours! I just always wished they had girl figurines. Now my boys are enraptured as well. My husband and I love to join in on the fun, too! I truly think they are the greatest toy as they get played with the most & are really pretty educational/creative!
Lego has different meanings for each member of my household. My MIL saved all my husbands lego and it has been played with by my kids since they were old enough to not try to eat it.
For my husband, he loves pulling it out and showing the kids how to follow the instructions and improvise when a piece is missing. He loves the "wow, thats awesome dad" moment he has with the kids as they admire his handy work and then make "alterations".
My children love creating animals, cars, space ships, zoo enclosures for Daughter's littlest pet shops and "borrowing" my camera to record their creations.
For me, while not lego construction talented, I enjoy cleaning it up :) the OCD in me is in heaven. I love to sort out the different colours, tyre sizes etc and bag it up in neat zip lock bags. I attempt to put all the pieces the right bag with the instructions... bliss... at least untill it all gets dumped again.
We love lego!!
Lego means watching the pure enjoyment my 6 yr old gets for hours...and yes he is an instruction follower to the tee...I find it amazing his skill in doing that. Thanks for the chance to win some for him.
Oh my for the lego lover this is just the best posie!
Wow, so cool, Sasha said I HAD TO write in to enter!
Lego to us is Wednesday arvos! This overseas post means once a week Col gets home from work early...unheard of for the last 10 years!! And that means LEGO CLUB, they make all sorts of things..usually army/defence/security related... prisons, attack helicopters, attack dog sections etc.... so some great NASA spacey stuff would make a wonderful change! Thanks for the opportunity!
What Lego means to me: scads of little sharp things to step on in the night. If I were to count the number of Lego-inflicted injuries my poor feet have borne through the years...
My 3 boys would love this- especially no. 2 son who not only loves lego, but constantly asks about NASA. Loego was a big part of my childhood and now is first choice toy for my kids. Great giveaway. Thanks. Cx
Lovely giveaway! For us, Lego means learning to follow instructions, and learning to leap away into imagination. Of course, I love that the kids love this so much and it doesn't involve a screen!
I had to jump in on this one Jennie, I used to buy my baby brother (he's 16 years younger than me) Lego every pay day and he still remembers waiting for me to come home on Friday nights..!! Our youngest grandie, Matthew, is a Lego devotee and I'd love to light his eyes up with this one....

All 3 of my children LOVE Lego and play with it all the time.
Every holiday (and the weekends my husband is away) we spend at least one entire day, all 4 of us, playing. We sort, we build, we modify, we play. We all look forward to 'our Lego home-day'!
Please put us in the draw. We would love to win, but even if we don't, next month when my husband is away, we'll be having our Lego day!
Oh wow, we are HUGE lego fans in this house especially our 5 year old boy. Actually I think my hubby enjoys playing with it most - we have all of his childhood lego. They have both already drooled over the new space range - thanks for the chance to win!
Lego!!! I've always LOVED it. So many opportunities to make so many things. I used to play Lego all the time as a child, and to this day still dream of having a room dedicated to Lego if I ever won the lotto :)
My brother and I are both engineers and I blame our childhood immersion in LEGO! I still lust after LEGO sets at toystores and I'm in my mid-30's but my younger brother actually BUYS those LEGO sets still and has a whole room devoted to his LEGO. When we visit with my kids he's been quoted as saying "LEGO is not a toy"!! And my 2.5 year old son seems to be following in the family footsteps of loving LEGO (and perhaps a career in engineering).
WOW! What a great giveaway! Lego to me is an abundance of fun, the ability to be transported to a world of wonderment and excitement, the possibilities are endless and the age limit is timeless, everyone in our family would enjoy this. Have a lovely week xx
Oh Posie! I have 2 little boys who beg me for leggo! It's just so expensive, their birthdays are January and February so they will be waiting.... Their older sister is 7 and most of the play here at home is directed by her! IE; mummy and baby, or shop keepers etc... The boys (4 years and 2 1/2) would be beside themselves! Sadly, my brother inherited all our childhood leggo, well I guess 'our' leggo WAS his... and my husbands mother lovingly kept ALL of his but will not part with it as she likes to have it at her house for when all her grandchildren come to visit! Love your work Posie x

Lego means HOURS of fun for the children of the house (almost 3 and 5) and the parents (am sure the husband gets the biggest kick out of it). They love constructing it as per the instructions then deconstructing it and making their own inventions. Said 3 and 5 year old and Husband will be overjoyed to play with it if we were lucky enough to win.
I love Lego more than any other toy out there. Legos are what my husband gave me for mother's day. I love putting the sets together and if I could work for Lego i would in a heartbeat.
What a wonderful giveaway Posie! I'd like to part of it. Thanks for the opportunity.
My son Lucas is 11 and he loves lego! He would love the Nasa Space set as he's totally obsessed with space! I think lego is great for him as it keeps his mind working and on the right track. Not like the xBox...!!
Really hope to win - :))
xo
How good are your parents for keeping your lego for all those years, wish mine had done the same!
These days it's my nine year old son that loves Lego - although I don't think that I'm too old to still do a bit of Lego building myself sometimes!
What a greaat prize. I have great memories of my brother and I playing with lego. I would love to win for my two boys!
My sister is adopting 3 children this week....she gets to bring them home tomorrow. I know they would get so many years of fabulous play with these boxes. They even found out yesterday that their middle child is a Lego addict!!
Lego means hours of fun and our children using their imaginations to create any number of things..it also holds many fond memories of the time spent alongside my siblings playing with the same thing. I love that lego is still as popular today as it was in my time :)
What an awesome giveaway! Lego is a timeless, ageless toy. I still have my hospital - it must be over thirty years old now and my kids will get up early in the morning to have a play.
love your blog
Anya and her Daddy - I'm not such a lego fan... yet! ha ha Anya is enjoying her fathers childhood lego and Josiah will too one day.
What an awesome giveaway... my family has just returned from a US trip which included the fabulous Legoland California - Julia (Miss 4) is such a Lego fan, I think she almost enjoyed playing with the Lego even more than the rides! ~ Christine xx
Can you believe my husband grew up with out Lego?
Our son is about to turn 4 and is on the cusp of graduating from Duplo to Lego (although the Duplo toilet I spent weeks trying to win on ebay better get played with a bit more!) and I'm hoping that father and son can experience the journey of discovery and imagination together.
My parents are also 'keepers of the family Lego collection' and I fully intend to stash my son's collection for as many years as I can!
Lego is timeless.
Lego knows no gender.
Lego knows no age.
Lego knows no ability.
It is Universal and loved.
Holy cow - what a great giveaway!!
To me lego is a reminder of times spent playing with my brothers - we would make complete cities and then race the matchbox cars around the streets!
In our house it will be Monkey that plays with the lego - she has the engineering mind and the patience of her dad :-)
fingers crossed!!
xxxCate
We have nieces and nephews who would love these! I love watching them play so I guess they mean family time to me. And fun, don't forget the fun!
Being the mum of three busy little boys Lego means a little peace and quiet for me and hours of fun for my boys. Fingers Crossed!
Wow. What a giveaway!
All 3 of my kids- different ages, different gender, different interests- have an absolute blast with Lego...The cats too actually :P
I played with Legos alot as a kid. they were my favorite. My son and daughter now play with Legos almost every day.
I shared this on on Facebook.
I shared this on my blog.
I shared this on twitter also. thanks for the giveaway.
My son would absolutely love this. He turns five in August, and this would be wonderful to put away and give to him for his birthday. I think that Legos have to be one of the best toys for children. I don't know a child who doesn't love them. Thanks for the chance!

tweeted about the giveaway!
Wow what an awesome giveaway.
I love watching my husband and son play legos together. My hubby is a big kid and loved his legos and now spends hours making all sorts of things for our son.
lego means peace and quiet for me and creative adventures for the kids. It is especially loved by my boy who struggles with fine motor skills yet spends hours playing lego, not realising he is doing some extra occupational therapy.
to me lego means memories of me and my little brother (5 years my junior) spending hours post christmas and his brithday making and creating together. i never really got on the bandwagon for myself but was able to live out my love through him! my favourite was a pirate ship - so many fun moving parts and a treasure box with gold coins!!
I love Lego, and luckily I have a Lego obsessed 7 year old to share it with. Hours of fun for all. Even my 4 year old miss loves it, just need to get her own stash, some of the pink Lego of course.
Hi Posie, what a great prize my daughter would love to get her hands on this. Thanks for the chance to win! frances
Have Facebooked your giveaway. Frances
Posie I would so love to win. What a fantastic give away. We all love Lego in my house. We have space, starwars, underwater, pink, campervans, horses, cars just to name a few. We also have buckets of my husbands space Lego & original boxes of mine (yes I did play with it heaps, I just was really anal about keeping the packaging neat!). As to who would play with this great package, it would be a toss up between my 3 children and my husband. Although, I am guessing my husband would also sneak in a few plays once the kids have gone to bed!
Lego to me is an hour of just sitting quietly with a cup of tea whilst my son and husband create, explore and bond...Yeah for Lego..xx
Lego is something that EVERYONE in our crazy, sometimes difficult to please family can do together. It's a crowd pleaser in our house:-)
LEGO means imagination,innovation and creation!
I have 3 sons, one almost 7 and fraternal twins who are almost 5. They all absolutely love, love, love playing with Lego. Perhaps for them LEGO means individuality- it suggests one thing on the box that can be made, and they will innovate on this idea, each of the boys creating something different from one another.
L ittle fingers, big ideas,
E xcited faces showing new creations,
G reat imaginations are being stimulated,
O pportunities to explore concepts and learn!
To our family, LEGO above all means FUN!!
Thanks for this is a wonderful giveaway opportunity- I love that you are paying it forward :)
Regards Leticia
This is awesome! My 7 year old nephew is bonkers for Lego....and not just because it's rad but because he benefits in so much more than just play time. He lacks concentration and confidence but Lego has helped him to focus and expand his imagination, which then rewards him with a great big head and the feeling of achievement. It's really a delight to see him so chuffed with himself.
Cheers, OJS
What a fantastic give away. We have all of my husbands lego from when he was a small child. My 4 children all love playing with it & we have added to it over the years.
Lego is such a fantastic way for kids to use there imagination, no family should be without a collection!!
Lego to me means a bit of peace and quiet. My 4yr old son and 6 yr old daughter love their lego and it keeps them quiet for a while. I love the way they can use their imagination and use their creations to invent amazing stories together. I remember my brother 30 yrs ago plying for hours too (peace for the big sister!)
To my son, its a rocket,a zoo,a ship or the tallest building. What I love is the excitement in his eyes when has a brillant idea and cannot wait to start.
Thank you
My son builds the most amazing lego, he spends hours planning and building his creations either from the instructions but mostley straight out of his brain. His Lego creations have wowed the year 6 kids at school..but most importantly his teachers! My son is not doing so well in school, he is way behind in his reading, writing and has the concentration of a gold fish. His teachers have held very real concerns. Over the period they have come to know my son's lego (I'm going to say it.. talent) and have actually re evaluated how they think he learns. They now say he clearly has the ability to focus, the maths he uses to build some of the things he builds is brilliant and the fact that everything down to the colours used are perfect in balance and proportion indicate that he is actually very bright. I can not tell you what a relief this is to me!! Lego has helped his confidence to soar which was so very low for so long. I am very proud of my son and proud of the amazing creations that he builds from his beloved Lego. Thank you Posie for running a great comp! xx
This is a wonderful give away. I have 3 sons (ages 11,8,5) and they all play with LEGOs. My youngest has a birthday coming up & has asked for a new sets of LEGOs. I know my children would enjoy more.
Hi this is a great giveaway. I have 3 sons ages 11,8&5. They all enjoy LEGOs. My youngest has a birthday soon & has already asked for new LEGOs. This giveaway would be a great addition to all of the LEGOs I have to pick up off of the floor. LOL!
Lego brings back the memories of my older teenage daughters playing with my cousin's hand me down lego. It will mean imagination and building fun for my five year old son. thanks for the chance. smiles,
Lego to me is my 3year old helping dad to build things, to the building of fun things by myself as a child which I am sure helped in my further study choice (engineering)
I looove lego. The kids and I often build things together.
they would love this, as would I.
The is like the super dooper giveaway of the year!!
Lego to me means memories of me being a kid playing with my brother and dad. It also shows me just how much imagination my kids have when they can happily sit there together - no fights - and just play. Good old fashioned play.
For me, my son and our dad LEGO means everything! We are LEGO fans :)
Fantastic giveaway!
Our family is big LEGO fans!
This giveaway is fantastic!
Thank you
Our family is big fans of LEGO.
This giveaway is fantastic!

Lego bricks can be assembled and connected in many ways, to construct such objects as vehicles, buildings, and even working robots. Anything constructed can then be taken apart again, and the pieces used to make other objects.
My son is a big fan of LEGO Educational construction toys range.
I would love to win LEGO® City Space range for my son so that...
- he can play for hours and hours with the Legos construction sets.
- So that he can expand his imagination power further with the construction set made by the best brand .
- HOurs and hours of endless fun will keep him happy and increase his education about space and its adventures.
- Being the only kid in the family , legos will help him to use his play time more creatively.
I have Tweeted the giveaway.
I have shared the giveaway n facebook.
The hours of building lego houses and towns are some of the best memories I have of childhood. I would have loved a space theme set back then! I'm looking forward to introducing my 2 year old son to the joys of lego and have my old set safely stored in the cupboard.
I'm hoping to introduce Lego to my daughter. My sister and I had Lego as kids and I'd like to think that it's not a male dominated toy. Lego really helps them develop their imaginations, doesn't it! :)
Have tweeted as @ThreeLil
what a wonderful givaway! I remember hours of playing with lego when a kid (with my older brother) and would love my kids to do the same
xo
Lego is fantastic, to me it is being able to share a toy from my childhood with my girls.. the very same toy because mum kept all my Lego and gave it to my girls when they were old enough for the small pieces :)
I grew up on Fabuland and still have it all. I loved it and spent most of my childhood playing with it.
My kids love Lego. Mr Magoo, 5 and The princess, 3. Love their duplo. But we buy the older age group lego for their special time with their dad. As dad works long hours so I keep this sort of lego for the 3 of them to play with.
Also gives me sewing time while those 3 play (hehehe)
OMG I can't believe I nearly missed this giveaway post! I'd been keeping an eye out for it too, but only just saw it! MArcus would LOVE this, he's a lego fanatic! What a great giveaway!
Lego. It's like music, a universal language.
(it's also a four letter word but much more polite than those I've been heard to shriek when I tread on a piece with bare feet!)
Thanks everyone, this giveaway is now closed - congratulations to the lucky winners - Mimi from At Home With Sam & i & Rachel from Little Angel Little Devil blogs, worthy winners, love Posie
